Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery: 7–12 calendar days from the date of purchase, including order processing and transit. Calendar days include weekends and holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Any different destination-specific estimate will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available destinations, shipping methods and shipping charges are disclosed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping conditions must be stated with the offer. Cross-border duties or import taxes, if applicable, must be disclosed before purchase; we do not represent that undisclosed charges are included.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email supplied with the order. Contact support if you need tracking assistance or an address correction. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delays, lost parcels and non-delivery

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you of the delay and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. We will seek your agreement to a revised shipment date where required. If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. This process does not limit statutory remedies for non-delivery.
