SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Recurring Purchases
An ALPHA VANCE subscription is a recurring purchase.
By choosing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price, quantity, frequency, and dates disclosed at checkout and in your subscription confirmation, until cancellation is completed.
Subscriptions may renew every 30 days or at another interval selected for your purchase. A calendar month is not necessarily the same as a fixed number of days.
Your subscription confirmation and account details show the schedule applicable to your purchase. Shipping charges and taxes follow the terms disclosed for that purchase.
How to Request Subscription Cancellation

Send your request at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Include:
• Your full name.
• The email address used for the purchase.
• Your order number, if available.
• A clear statement that you want to cancel the recurring subscription and stop future renewals.
Never send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or card security codes.
Cancellation Form and Approval
After receiving your email, our support team will send you a cancellation form.
Complete and return the form promptly so our team can identify the subscription and review your request.
Sending an email, receiving the form, or submitting the completed form does not by itself cancel the subscription or stop a scheduled charge.
Cancellation is completed after the form has been reviewed and approved and our team has sent you confirmation.
Keep a copy of your request and cancellation confirmation.
If you do not receive the form, cannot complete it, or experience another access problem, contact us again for assistance.
If a charge occurs while a timely cancellation request is pending, contact support so we can review the request, its timing, and the charge.
Effect of Cancellation
Once cancellation is completed, future renewals will stop. Cancellation takes effect for future billing after the current paid period.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel, recall, or refund an order that has already been charged, processed, or dispatched.
Cancelling an individual order, returning a product, or requesting a refund does not automatically cancel the recurring subscription. If you want both actions, clearly request both.
Renewal Refunds
Processed renewal charges are not automatically refundable because a subscription is subsequently cancelled.
The voluntary satisfaction guarantee applies only to the first shipment and remains subject to the Return and Refund Policy.
Mandatory consumer rights, billing-error remedies, and rights relating to unauthorized charges remain unaffected.
Billing Details
Keep your billing and contact information accurate and current. Contact support if you need help identifying your subscription or understanding the next scheduled payment.
Existing Purchases and Consumer Rights
This policy does not retroactively reduce guarantees or rights that applied to an earlier purchase.
Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory cancellation or consumer rights.
